Product Overview

The power inverters first turns direct current into low voltage alternating current. The frequency Transformer is then lifted to 220V and 50Hz AC power for load use. Its advantages are simple structure, and various protection functions can be implemented at lower voltage. Because there is a power frequency Transformer between the inverter power supply and the load, the inverter power supply is stable, reliable, overloading ability and impact resistance, and can suppress the high-order harmonic components in the waveform. However, low-frequency inverters are also cumbersome and expensive, and their efficiency is relatively low. The rated load efficiency of a small low-frequency inverter produced at the current level is generally not more than 90 %. At the same time, because the low-frequency inverter operates at full load and light load, the iron loss is basically unchanged, so that it is operated under light load. The empty load loss is larger and the efficiency is lower.
